On 25-26 September 2023, the team led by Associate Professor Dr. Pairote Stirayakorn, Dean of Faculty of Technical Education, KMUTNB, attended the Thai-German TVET Conference on Research Cooperation in Southeast Asia at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok, Thailand. 
The conference focused on the crucial role of research in driving the dual transition TVET and excellence in TVET through multilateral cooperation. Our team had the privilege of attending special lectures on these topics, gaining valuable insights and knowledge.Associate Professor Dr. Anan Suebsomran and FTE’s lecturers presented in the TVET Teachers and Trainers sessions – The Agents of Change. They shared their expertise on Research and Development, specifically focusing on the model of learning management with the concept of innovative thinking.
